Data collected
We collect account email, organization membership, watchlist settings, product events, delivery state, billing identifiers, and security logs needed to provide and protect the service. Official public-source records are not customer personal data.
Purpose and sharing
Data is used to authenticate users, match and deliver alerts, provide billing and support, secure the service, and measure reliability. Confidential profile data is not sent to a model provider without customer consent and appropriate contractual controls.
Retention and deletion
Personal data is retained only as needed for the service, security, legal obligations, and documented audit needs. Account deletion requests remove or de-identify data subject to required retention.
